summary of our recent board of directors meeting April 9, 2008
greetings
new board members introduced
the resignation of Jim Knott secretary was accepted by the board
Judy Godfrey was unanimously approved as a cue appraiser
it was agreed that I would further investigate D+O and cue insurance
a cue museum was discussed and generally agreed upon, more study is needed
a membership drive with some form of dues would be studied by Tom Watters and Lynn Castle and I would present it to the board
AACA presence at the ICCS in KC was approved
a general membership meeting will be held at the ICCS in KC
an AACA award will be handed out at the ICCS in KC
a new website was approved and was agreed that Dick Abbott and I would work on it
a cue gallery will be a major part of the website
